Foodies of El Paso, Represented by Taylor Shabazz, did a LOT to get word out about the Pantry via Social Media. Taylor heard on the Local News that You Eat I Eat was in danger of closing by the end of August, 2018. Being very active on Social Media she has a great many followers. Taylor was constantly promoting our “Pack The Pantry” Food Drive to all her Facebook Followers and many of them responded to her asks for help for the Pantry! She and some of her friends were on hand during the Event and they also brought several bags of canned goods and dry goods. Thanks, Taylor, for all the work you put into making Pack The Pantry the success it was!
Superior Healthplan, Represented by Emily Torres, awarded us a generous donation during our Grand Re-Opening on November 3, 2018. Thank you, Emily, for being there for You Eat I Eat and our less fortunate neighbors.

United States Army Sergeant Majors’ Academy. WOW! These guys and some of there classmates came through and delivered a TRUCKLOAD of bottled water during our Pack The Pantry Food Drive! They would later come and help renovate our new location and take and rebuild broken down shelving cabinets! Thanks, guys. OOH-RAH!!!
Students of Chapin High School. Theses young ladies have volunteers their time to the Pantry and have been very helpful in serving some of the less fortunate of our community. They are an inspiration and a great example for their peers. Thank, you, girls. You are a credit to your generation!
The El Paso Roller Derby Team. These ladies have great in Food Drives and Fund Raising efforts. Without your and the help of those of like mind the Pantry shelves could not be restocked. Thanks, guys!
The Buffalo Solider’s Motorcycle Club of El Paso has been so helpful in supporting YEIE and our mission in taking care of God’s special children. They are always when we need them and they have been more than helpful in with their generosity in so many ways. We couldn’t be more appreciative or thankful for all that they have done for the pantry.
