Donated Easter Baskets are to be given out only to kids who are physically onsite. However, if a child is unable to make it to the Pantry, an Easter Basket may be given to parents who can provide proof of a child in their household and with a valid reason as to why the child could not make it. The decision to give a basket or not will be on a case by case basis.
